Group of believers puts photos from Gmuender light reflections on the internet / Parapsychologist: "Nonsense"

Are these signs from a God-like being or simple reflections in glass windows? In any case the conspicuous light signs on house walls align Schwaebisch Gmuend with Berlin, Hamburg, Munich and even Denver. What is behind them?

SCHWAEBISCH GMUEND - They have appeared even on the walls of the revenue office in the Augustinerstrasse last week and Frank Reichelt is right: The bright spots are appearing through sun light which is reflected from windows of opposing houses - but they do not resemble the shape of the window glass. Instead they rather look like a stripe which is fraying out in the edges, the element of a (non-existing) ornament grating Ð or "a cross", the last is Reichelt's interpretation. The young man has photographed a large number of these and similar light signs on house walls in Schwaebisch Gmuend, the photos can now be found on the internet Ð together with the interpretation that an internationally linked community gives them. They are, Reichelt explains, signs of a God-like being, a so-called World Teacher. Just like personalities as Buddha or the Christ this scholar with the name Maitreya is there to give new impulses to the world and humanity. Since he could not come out openly yet, he would be sending signs. Reichelt emphasizes that this is not just simple sun light: They are rays of special energy which are also health improving and air cleaning. Schwaebisch Gmuend would not be a chosen place: the follower of Maitreya says that these rays are appearing in many cities, but are often only noticed by initiates. Reichelt is one of these initiates, member of the so-called Transmission group Schwaebisch Gmuend. Such groups are coming together mostly for meditation in order Ð as Reichelt says Ð to "step down" the energy which is sent by the World Teacher so that it can be better absorbed by humanity. Reichelt also coordinates the work of other groups in Baden Wuerttemberg. In Schwaebisch Gmuend he has not found many people though: the Transmission group consists of two people. Scientists are not surprised about this lack of success: the seemingly mysterious apparitions on Gmuender house walls would be known as "cushion-shaped distortion" in optics, says Herbert Schneckenburger, after he has seen the pictures on the internet. The professor of physics, optics and biomedicine technology at the polytechnic college Aalen thinks the light capers are the result of friction in the glass windows which reflect the light. Especially in old windows but also in double pane glass windows this would happen quite often. Walter von Loucadou, head of the Parapsychological Information Centre in Freiburg puts it even more drastic: He considers Reichelt's explanation as "nonsense", unevenness of windows would be the cause. Most windows would from their production not be completely symmetrical. Through wind or the opening and closing of room doors window panes could be slightly distorted Ð and then reflect such light crosses. Loucadou who he has repeatedly lectured in Schwaebisch Gmuend is offering to hold any bet: "There is no supernatural power at work, but physics."
